Privacy Policy

1.    Privacy. LJFF Hospitality, LLC (hereinafter "LJFF", "us", "our", "we") recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of all users (“you”, “your”) who visit the website (including mobile versions thereof) located at www.buckets330.com or www.letsgetbuckets.com (each, the "Site"). All Personal Information (as defined in Section 2 below) that you give to us or enable us to access will be protected and kept confidential among LJFF in accordance with the provisions set forth in this Privacy Policy. LJFF reserves the right to change our Privacy Policy at any time. Each time you use the Site, the current version of our Privacy Policy and the Site’s User Agreement will apply and you should review our Privacy Policy and User Agreement  for any changes that have been made since your last visit to the Site. All capitalized terms used in our Privacy Policy that are defined in the User Agreement  and not otherwise defined herein shall have the same meanings given to them in the User Agreement.

2.    Categories of Personal Information We May Collect. Our Privacy Policy applies only to such Personal Information collected by us via the Site and does not extend to any other website, whether or not it is affiliated or linked to the Site or to LJFF. We may (now or in the future) collect the below categories and types of information with your consent, when users or visitors of the Site voluntarily provide such information, register with the Site or contact LJFF via the Site (e.g., in order to receive newsletters, new product launch information and/or special events information or to answer surveys, enter contests, and/or receive notices of other promotional opportunities), and/or as otherwise required or permitted by law (collectively, “Personal Information”):

  • Identifiers. We may (now or in the future) collect full name, email address, physical address, telephone numbers, Internet protocol address, social media usernames, account usernames and passwords, signature, and other security information resulting from authentication and/or identity checks.

  • Personal Characteristics or Traits. We may (now or in the future) collect date of birth, gender, age, and certain other information about personal characteristics.

  • Commercial Information. We may (now or in the future) collect records of products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consumption history.

  • Internet or Electronic Usage Data. We may (now or in the future) collect data related to network and website interaction history, IP address, website cookie information, interaction with advertisements, and browsing time.

  • Geolocation Data. We may (now or in the future) collect geolocation data, including the general region or area from which you access our Site.

  • Audio/Visual Data. We may (now or in the future) collect audio, electronic, photographic, visual, and similar data including videos, photographs, and audio recordings.

  • Professional or Employment Information.  If you apply to work with us, we may (now or in the future) collect job application details such as your employment history, resume, and references as well as information on any relevant certifications or licenses.

3.    Sources of Personal Information We May Collect. We may (now or in the future) collect Personal Information in the following ways:

  • when you provide it directly to us;

  • when you visit our offices or locations;

  • automatically when you access our Site, using tools like browser cookies;

  • from our service providers, vendors, and other third-parties;

from your social media platforms, depending on the information you choose to share and your privacy settings. Based on the way you have set your privacy settings on your social media

accounts, most social media platforms analyze data about how you interact with our Site and combine it with information on other users to provide us information about you. In addition, we may receive information about you if other users interact with us on social media and information about you is visible to us; for example, the fact that you are “friends” or other public-facing profile information.

4.    Purposes for Collecting Personal Information. We may (now or in the future) use your Personal Information for the following business and commercial purposes:

  • to: (i) allow you to purchase and receive products and services that we offer, (ii) allow you to make a reservation with us, (iii) communicate with you, (iv) provide you with customer or guest assistance, and (v) provide supporting business activities such as billing and collections, procurement, and tax related activities;

  • to analyze preferences, trends, and statistics;

  • to improve our marketing efforts, for prospecting of new customers, for customer relationship management, for customer engagement, to administer sweepstakes and promotions, to send you our newsletters, and to provide you with information about us, including personalized marketing communications;

  • to improve our Site and systems, provide and maintain functionality on our Site and systems, and help us diagnose technical and service problems and administer our Site and systems;

  • to help us develop any new products and services, and to improve and analyze our existing products and service offerings;

  • to enroll you in any rewards or loyalty programs or clubs we may have (now or in the future), create your online account, and administer your rewards account and benefits;

  • to make informed decisions on recruitment and assess your suitability for any job role, communicate with you about your application, respond to your inquiries and schedule interviews, and to reimburse you for any agreed expenses incurred in the application process;

  • to combine it with information we may obtain from different sources with publicly available information, including to create inferences about you. For example, we may combine information we have collected offline with information we collect online, information we have collected across other third party sites, and information across devices, with information we already have;

  • to: (i) protect our Site, premises, assets, systems, products, services and intellectual property, (ii) protect us, our affiliated companies, our employees, our carriers, and others from fraud, theft, and other misconduct, (iii) conduct vendor due diligence, and (iv) detect and prevent fraud, theft, and misconduct, including by verifying the identity of those we are conducting business with;

  • to comply with our legal obligations and government and law enforcement requests, including, but not limited to, reporting requirements, and defend ourselves in legal proceedings, and protect our company and our property, employees, and others through legal proceedings; and/or

  • for other reasons we may describe to you.

5.    How We May Disclose Personal Information.  We may (now or in the future) disclose Personal Information to our affiliates, service providers, and/or contractors, in the following circumstances:

  • performing services (including processing, maintaining, or collecting Personal Information) on our behalf related to the operation of our business and/or the services (e.g., fulfilling and delivering orders, processing payments, supporting our promotions, contests, gift cards, or loyalty programs, and providing communications, technical, analytical, web hosting, cloud hosting, or other services);

  • auditing related to ad impressions;

  • ensuring security and integrity of Personal Information;

  • debugging to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality;

  • short-term, transient use, including, but not limited to, non-personalized advertising;

  • providing advertising or marketing services on our behalf (except for cross-context behavioral advertising);

  • undertaking internal research for technological development and demonstration;

  • undertaking activities to verify or maintain the quality or safety of our services;

  • to comply with applicable laws, rules and regulations, which may include, but is not limited to, disclosing any category of Personal Information we collect, in whole or in part, to (i) comply with and/or respond to law enforcement requests, or as otherwise required or authorized by applicable law, court order, subpoena, or governmental regulations or to otherwise respond to government inquiries, (ii) protect our rights and interests and those of others, (iii) resolve any disputes, (iv) enforce our policies, and/or (v) evaluate or conduct a merger, sale, or other acquisition of some or all of our assets;

  • for safety and security, including, but not limited to, protecting the rights or property of LJFF or its affiliated or related entities; and/or

  • for detecting, protecting against, or addressing malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, including, but not limited to, in the event LJFF reasonably believes that you have used information from the Site in order to commit unlawful acts or acts that may endanger the health and/or safety of any person or the public.

However, LJFF will neither disclose nor sell any Personal Information about you to a party unaffiliated or unrelated to LJFF. LJFF may appoint third party service providers to administer and/or operate certain functions or services relating to the Site or LJFF's operations and businesses, the performance of which may require or be facilitated by a transfer of the Personal Information submitted by you. Any such transfer shall be under strict confidentiality and security obligations and for the sole purpose of the performance of those obligations.

 Please note that we may (now or in the future) collect, use and disclose, without restriction, de-identified, aggregated, or anonymized information, which is information that does not identify any specific individual (collectively, “Aggregate Information”). Aggregate Information may be used in a collective manner, and the types of Aggregate Information we may collect may include frequency of visits to the Site, search terms entered, Site pages most frequently accessed and/or location, age or gender of Site Users and other commercial information. By knowing more about the general profile of our Site Users (without identifying any specific individual’s characteristics), we believe we can improve your experience on our Site.  Aggregate Information collected on the Site may be used and disclosed in any way. For example, we may collect and analyze collected Aggregate Information to determine how many visitors arrived at certain pages of the Site, how long they stayed on those pages, and where they went afterwards. This information allows us to determine which pages might be the most interesting to our visitors and enables us to provide them with a better and richer experience on the Site. Additionally, we may use Aggregate Information to improve the performance of our Site, and to customize the content and layout of our Site pages for you.

Additionally, if applicable, when you create a User Account, some information about your User Account and your account activity may (now or in the future) be provided to other Site Users. This may include your username, the date you opened your User Account, the date you last logged into your User Account, your country, your zip code, and your interests. Your username may be displayed to other Site Users when you engage in certain activities on the Site, such as when you upload photographs through the Site (if such functionality is provided on the Site). Other Site Users may be able to contact you by leaving a message or comment on the Site (if such functionality is provided on the Site). Any User Communications including, but not limited to, photographs that you submit to the Site (if such functionality is provided on the Site) may be redistributed through the Internet and other media channels, and may be viewed by other Site Users or the general public. Any Personal Information, User Communications or other content that you voluntarily disclose online (e.g., photographs) may be collected and used by others. IF YOU CHOOSE TO MAKE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, ANY USER COMMUNICATIONS OR OTHER INFORMATION PUBLICLY AVAILABLE THROUGH OR ON THE SITE, YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Although we do not sell Personal Information in exchange for money, some of the ways in which we share Personal Information for targeted/cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered “sales” or “sharing” for non-monetary consideration under U.S. state privacy laws.

6.    Children's Privacy (COPPA Notice).  The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and LJFF does not target, intend to collect, or knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13 years of age, please do not use or access the Site or submit any Personal Information through the Site. LJFF does not knowingly share, sell, or disclose Personal Information from children under the age of 13 to any third parties. If LJFF learns that Personal Information has been collected from a child under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to promptly delete such information from our records in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, 15 U.S.C. 6501 et seq., as updated by FTC Rule amendments effective June 23, 2025 (collectively, “COPPA”). If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under the age of 13 has submitted Personal Information through the Site, please contact us using the contact information at the bottom of this Privacy Policy so that we may review and delete such Personal Information. If we otherwise learn that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Information to the Site, we will promptly remove such Personal Information from the Site’s files. This policy is maintained in compliance with COPPA.

7.    Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies; Analytics. Cookies are pieces of information that any website may transfer to your browser that are then stored in your computer system. For example, LJFF will place a cookie on a visitor's computer when they visit the Site. The next time that person visits the Site using the same computer, our server will recognize the cookie and the visitor. The deposit of cookies by the Site will allow LJFF to save your preferences for your next visit. LJFF's cookies may also measure the general activity on the Site, which allows us to determine which areas and features are most popular. This information allows LJFF to make improvements to our Site. Most web browsers are set up to accept cookies. You can, however, reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent and/or you may delete cookies at any time.

 When you access the Site, we (and third party companies we work with) may collect and store certain information by using technologies such as cookies, server logs, web beacons, clear gifs, tags, e-tags, flash cookies, log files, pixels, code, JavaScript packages, mobile advertising IDs (such as Facebook cookies or Google's Advertising ID), cross-device linking, and/or similar technologies. The information collected includes information about your activities on our Site, IP address, browser or operating system type and version, device IDs, and demographic or inferred-interest information, as well as information or communications you have submitted to us through the Site.

 Analytics

We may use analytics tools to monitor and analyze the use of our Site, including, but not limited to, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel. These tools may collect information such as your IP address, location, operating system, access time, duration of visit, and actions you take on our Site.

  • Google Analytics is a web analytics service owned and controlled by Google LLC that tracks and reports website traffic. You may opt-out of having your website activity made available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Data collected by Google is subject to its independent privacy policy governing how it collects, uses, and protects diner data, and we are not responsible for Google’s privacy practices.   • Meta Pixel is a web analytics service owned and controlled by Meta Platforms, Inc. that tracks and reports website traffic and user interactions. You may opt-out of having your website activity made available to Meta Pixel by adjusting your ad preferences through your Facebook account settings at https://www.facebook.com/help/109378269482053. Data collected by Meta is subject to its independent privacy policy governing how it collects, uses, and protects diner data, and we are not responsible for Meta’s privacy practices. 8.    How Long We Keep Personal Information. We may retain and use your Personal Information for as long as we need it to provide you services or products, or as long as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. 

When we process Personal Information for marketing purposes, we may process the data until you unsubscribe and for a short period thereafter to allow us to implement your requests. We also keep a record of the fact that you have asked us not to send you direct marketing so that we can respect your request in future. We use the following criteria to determine retention periods:

  • how long the information is needed to provide our services and operate our business;

  • whether there are contractual or legal obligations that exist that require us to retain the information for period of time;

  • whether any law, statute, or regulation allows for a specific retention period;

  • whether an individual has agreed to a longer retention period;

  • whether the data is considered to be sensitive data; and

  • what the expectation for retention was at the time the data was provided to us.

9.    California Privacy Rights. This section supplements the other parts of our Privacy Policy and provides disclosures for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (the “CCPA”).

  • Right to Know.  California residents have the right to request more information regarding the following:

    • the categories of Personal Information we have collected about you, including:

      • the categories of sources from which the Personal Information was collected,

        • our business or commercial purposes for collecting, selling, or sharing Personal Information, and

        • the categories of recipients to which we disclose Personal Information;

      • the categories of Personal Information that we sold, and for each category identified, the categories of third parties to which we sold that particular category of Personal Information;

      • the categories of Personal Information that we disclosed for a business purpose, and for each category identified, the categories of recipients to which we disclosed that particular category of Personal Information; and/or

      • the specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected about you.

  • Deletion.  California residents have the right to request the deletion of Personal Information we collected from you, subject to certain exceptions. Where we use deidentification to satisfy a deletion request, we commit to maintaining and using the information in deidentified form and will not attempt to reidentify the information.

  • Correction.  If you believe that Personal Information we maintain about you is inaccurate, you may submit a request for us to correct that information. Upon receipt of a verifiable request to correct inaccurate Personal Information, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct the information as you direct.

  • Right to Opt Out.  California residents can opt out of the sale or sharing of their Personal Information through tracking technologies by contacting us using the information at the bottom of this Privacy Policy. If you choose to use a browser-based opt-out signal, you will be opted out of cookie-based sales or sharing of Personal Information and will need to turn it on for each browser you use. To submit a request to opt out of offline sales and sharing, please contact us using the information at the bottom of this Privacy Policy.

  • Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information.  We do not use sensitive Personal Information for purposes to which the right to limit use and disclosure applies under the CCPA.

  • Submitting Requests Relating to Your Personal Information.  To exercise your right to know, right to delete, or right to correct under the CCPA, please contact us using the information at the bottom of this Privacy Policy. Please note that if you submit a request, you will be asked to provide pieces of Personal Information that we will match against our records to verify your identity. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; however, you will still need to verify your identity directly with us before your request can be processed. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf using the contact information at the bottom of this Privacy Policy.

  • Right to Non-Discrimination for the Exercise of Your Privacy Rights.  If you choose to exercise any of your privacy rights under the CCPA, you also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by us.

  • California’s Shine the Light Law.  California residents may request a list of the third parties to which we have disclosed Personal Information, as defined under California Civil Code Section 1798.83(e) (also known as the “Shine the Light Law”), during the preceding calendar year for third party direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please call or write to us using the contact information provided at the end of this Policy. In your request, please specify that you want “The California Shine the Light Notice.”

10.  Privacy Rights for Consumers in Covered States Outside California. If you are a consumer who lives in Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you have the right to submit certain requests relating to your Personal Information as described below.   • Access and Data Portability.  You have the right to confirm whether we are processing your Personal Information, to access your Personal Information, and to obtain a copy of your Personal Information in a portable format.

  • Correction.  You have the right to request that we correct inaccuracies in your Personal Information, taking into account the nature of the Personal Information and our purposes for processing it.

  • Deletion.  You have the right to request that we delete your Personal Information, subject to certain exceptions.

  • Right to Opt Out.  You have the right to opt out of the following uses of your Personal Information:

    • targeted advertising;

    • the sale of Personal Information; and

    • profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning your economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location, or movements.

 We do not sell Personal Information in exchange for money. However, if you are a resident of any of the following states you have the right to request that we not engage in other activities that would be deemed a sale, such as disclosures to third parties for other valuable consideration, even though no money has been exchanged: Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, and Texas.

 We do not engage in practices that qualify as profiling producing legal or similarly significant effects under applicable state privacy law. To opt out of targeted advertising, or non-monetary “sales” of Personal Information via tracking technologies, please contact us. We use commercially reasonable efforts to authenticate the identity of the consumer to whom the request relates and any authorized agent’s authority to act on the consumer’s behalf.

  • Right to Appeal.  Sometimes we are unable to process requests relating to your Personal Information, in which case, your request will be denied. If your privacy rights request has previously been denied by us and you believe we denied it in error, you may appeal for reconsideration of your request by contacting us at the email address below.

  • Right to List of Third-Parties with Which We Share Your Personal Data.  If you are a resident of Montana or Oregon, you may request a list of all third parties to which we have disclosed your Personal Information.

  • Submitting Requests Relating to Your Personal Information or Personal Data.  To make a request to access, correct, or delete your Personal Information, please contact us at the email address below. Please note that we may need to authenticate your identity before your request can be processed. For authentication, you will be asked to provide 2-3 pieces of Personal Information that we will match against our records to verify your identity.

 11.  Security. Protecting your Personal Information is of primary concern to LJFF. LJFF stores the information that it collects on a secure server. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no transmission of information over the Internet is guaranteed to be completely secure. It is possible that third parties not under the control of LJFF may be able to access or intercept transmissions unlawfully. While LJFF will use all reasonable attempts to keep your Personal Information secure, LJFF cannot absolutely guarantee that security. As such, any information that you transmit to us is at your own risk.

 12.  Links to Other Sites; Third-Party Service Platforms. The Site may contain links to sites other than the Site. Those sites may have their own privacy policy or no privacy policy at all. Neither LJFF nor any of our service providers have any responsibility for those sites, and LJFF provides these links solely for the convenience of our visitors. These sites may send their own cookies to you and may collect information and use it in a way inconsistent with this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to read the legal notices posted on those third party websites, including the privacy policies and user agreements, before providing any of them with any of your Personal Information, including, but not limited to, the websites of Toast, OpenTable, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and the other companies with whom we have or may have business or marketing relationships, such as companies that sell products or services.

 If you link to a third party website, you will leave the Site, and this Privacy Policy will not apply to your use of, and activities on, those other websites. If you provide Personal Information to any such third party website, your transaction will occur on such third party’s website (not the Site) and the Personal Information you provide will be collected by, and controlled by the privacy policy of, that third party. Such third parties may collect financial or bank account information, tax-related information, wire instructions, payment card number, payment card expiration date and CVV code, card or account security details, and billing address information, and the payment processing practices of such third parties may be designed to comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, as updated by PCI DSS v4.0 ("PCI DSS"), and to use encryption, tokenization, and access controls to help protect cardholder data. LJFF does not collect, store or retain wire instructions, payment card numbers, CVV codes, shipping and debit/credit card billing address(es), and/or other sensitive payment authentication data. LJFF provides links to other sites as a convenience to Site users, but we have no responsibility or liability for your visitation to, or for the data collection and use practices of, such third party websites. Please review the applicable third-party’s privacy policy for further information on how your payment card data is handled.

  • Toast:

    We use Toast, a third party online ordering and point-of-sale platform operated by Toast, Inc., to process online food orders placed through our Site. When you place an order through our Site, you will be directed to or will interact with Toast's platform, and Toast will collect and process certain Personal Information — including your name, contact information, payment card details, and order information — in its capacity as a data processor. Toast maintains its own independent privacy policy governing how it collects, uses, and protects diner data, and we are not responsible for Toast’s privacy practices. We encourage you to review Toast’s privacy policy at https://pos.toasttab.com/privacy for more information on how Toast collects and uses your data.

  • OpenTable:
    We use OpenTable, a third party reservation platform operated by OpenTable, Inc., to manage table reservations at our restaurant. In order to complete your reservation, we will disclose your name, contact details, personal preferences, and payment card details to OpenTable as the relevant partner through which the reservation is made. We may also share your data with companies that provide the services and support needed to administer our reservation system, including, but not limited to, payment service providers. OpenTable maintains its own independent privacy policy governing how it collects, uses, and protects diner data, and we are not responsible for OpenTable's privacy practices. We encourage you to review OpenTable's privacy policy at https://www.opentable.com/legal/privacy-policy before submitting a reservation.

  • Uber Eats and DoorDash:
    We are listed on third party food delivery marketplaces, including, but not limited to, Uber Eats (operated by Uber Technologies, Inc.) and DoorDash (operated by DoorDash, Inc.). When you place a delivery order through such third party food delivery marketplaces, those platforms independently collect and govern your Personal Information in accordance with their own privacy policies. As business partners involved in facilitating your delivery experience, such platforms may receive certain Personal Information necessary to fulfill your order. For instance, Uber Eats and DoorDash retain their own independent privacy policies governing how they each collect, use, and protect diner data, and we are not responsible for Uber Eats and/or DoorDash’s privacy practices. We encourage you to review the Uber Privacy Notice at https://privacy.uber.com/policy and the DoorDash Privacy Policy at https://www.doordash.com/privacy/ for more information on how Uber Eats and DoorDash, respectively, collect and use your data.

13.  Marketing/Communication.  If you prefer not to receive all, some, or any part of the information that the Site may provide to you, let us know by accessing your User Account (if any) and changing the options of the information that you wish to receive. Or, you may choose to unsubscribe completely by sending an email to info@housethreethirty.com and including your name, e-mail address, phone number (if applicable), and any message. Please note that any requests may take up to six (6) to eight (8) weeks to become effective. LJFF may still contact you to send you important information regarding the operation or administration of your User Account (if any).  14.  Business Transfers. In the event that LJFF or its parent or any affiliates is acquired (whether by sale of assets or ownership interests) by, or merged with, a third party entity, we reserve the right, in any of these circumstances, to transfer or assign the Personal Information we have collected from Site Users as part of such merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control. In the unlikely event of our bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or the application of laws or equitable principles affecting creditors' rights generally, we may transfer the Personal Information to a successor or to a third party that purchases our assets arising from such circumstances.

 15.  Storage of Personal Information; Maintenance of Site.  LJFF maintains this Site in the United States. By providing Personal Information and other information and/or content to this Site, you understand and consent to the collection, use, processing, and transfer of such information to the United States and other countries or territories, which may not offer the same level of data protection as the country where you reside, in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
